Hosted right in Gilpin County, Clove and Compost is meant to get you growing and composting in time for overwintering some spicy Metechi garlic. This seminar style workshop covers soil building to accommodate challenges to growing at altitude, basic in-ground composting techniques, and will teach you how to grow your own garlic. Participants leave the workshop with seed garlic and an in-ground compost basket.
